Club Communications

One of the goals of YourCourts is to help club administrators provide current and relavent information to its members. The system provides this ability through sevral several communication methods within the site.

The club administrator may use certain communication methods and turn others off.

Member Directory

The Member Directory within YourCourts lists all of the active members and allows you to view the members's profile.

When you click on a member profile card, a popup window displayes the details of the member. Depending on the club settings and the settings of the member, some fields may be shown while others may be kept private.

Club Documents

The administrator may upload documents that are important to the club and allow members to view and download the documents. This is very convienent for forms such as team signups.

Quick Links

Sometimes it's difficult to remmeber the web addresses (URL's) for certain websites. If you don't use the site very often, it can be hard to remember.

The Quick Links features allows the administrator to create links for websites that can just be clicked on and you no longer have to remember the URL.
