Club Events

With YourCourts club events, administrators can create events such as Clinics, Round Robins, etc. and publish them for members to view and register for the events that they want to attend. If you are familar with Evite.com™, this is very similar.

The events are displayed on the member dashboard in the Upcoming Events area. An example is shown below.

Viewing Club Events

The Upcoming Events area on the member dashboard displays the club events that are taking place in the next 7 days and has an additional tab for events that are within the next 30 days. If you want to see all upcoming events, you can see them by clicking on the Club Events menu option. It displays a calendar that you can look at month by month.

Registering for a Club Event

To register for an event, you can click on the event name from the Upcoming Events list.

The event detail will be displayed, which allows you to response with a Yes, No or Maybe. You can also indicate that you are bringing guests.

Your response is sent to the administrator so you don't have to worry about emailing or calling them.

Changing your Event response

Once you RSVP for an event, the Upcoming Events shows your response.

If you need to change your response, you can click again on the event name and change your response in the event detail window that pops up. Your new response will be sent to the administrator.
